Mivineria’s Responsibility: If the issue is attributed to our company, we will accept returns for a refund or exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the item to our warehouse and provide a full refund of the original product price or send a replacement free of charge.
Customer’s Responsibility:
- Incorrect Order (Size or Product): Customers can return items ordered in the wrong size or product. However, they will be responsible for the shipping fees (both outbound and return) for exchanges. Refunds will only include the original product price, excluding any shipping fees.
- Unwanted Item: If a customer decides they no longer want the item or wish to exchange it, they must notify us within 15 days of receiving the product. A partial refund of the product cost may be provided.
Additional Notes about Warranty
